Shipping:
- Orders placed for Bulk Feeders before 12:00 pm EST will ship the same day Monday-Wednesday for Home Delivery or Hub Delivery.
- Due to increased shipping costs all orders shipping to California will be charged $24.99 for shipping
For Home Delivery:
- Orders shipping Monday-Wednesday will ship FedEx or UPS 2-day or Ground.
For Hub Delivery:
- Orders will only ship Monday-Wednesday via FedEx or UPS 2-day.
Tracking:
- Bulk Feeder Insects will ship separately from the rest of your order.
- Tracking information for your insects will be sent separately as well.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
- Someone must be at the delivery address for our live-arrival guarantee.
- You must let us know of any issues within 1 hour of delivery of your insects if there are any issues.
