International Orders

We ship most of our products to just about everywhere in the world. International shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process before you submit your payment. International shipping charges are an estimate and are subject to evaluation prior to shipping. If we determine that the shipping charges calculated are incorrect we will contact you with the necessary information. You can choose to pay the amount due for shipping or you can cancel your order for a full refund.

All electronics are designed to work on 120v. Use without a transformer voids any warranties and we are not responsible for any damage caused by operating at the incorrect voltage.

Products that we cannot ship outside of the U.S.

• Glass Terrariums
• Liquids (disinfectant, shed aid, wound healing aid, Reptisafe water conditioner, etc)
• Extremely Heavy Items
• Medications
• Linear Fluorescent Bulbs and Fixtures

In some cases, an import tax is assessed to the buyer by the importer's customs agency. We are not able to guarantee that you will not be charged an import tax.

Please make sure that the items you order are legal in your country. We cannot be responsible for items confiscated by foreign customs agencies.

Pangea Reptile does not export reptiles out of the United States. However Pangea can send geckos to exporters. Pangea is only responsible for the shipment to the exporter.
