Emails are typically answered in 3-4 hours (sometimes longer on weekends) during our customer service hours.
Emails are answered Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-8:00 PM EST.
Our Customer Experience Team works on-site and closely with all department managers/supervisors. Most of our team are gecko owners and have shadowed/worked in various departments throughout the company.
Our goal is to help you in whatever way we can, but we reserve the right to discontinue communication with you if you are disrespectful to our team. Please remember these are real people who genuinely want to help and are instructed to do so from the top down. There may be certain information we need from you in order to assist you and if you do not provide what we ask we cannot help. We do not tolerate profanity, threats, or harassment of any kind. In extreme circumstances, managers may make a decision to remove your ability to shop with us.
