Live Shipment Scheduling

 

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: 

Due to holiday carrier delays, we cannot schedule gecko shipments between:

  • 11/20 - 12/5
  • 12/18 - 1/5

These peak demand dates create unavoidable delays which can be dangerous for any live geckos being shipped. The safety and well-being of your new gecko is our highest priority.

Geckos are still available for purchase during this period, and will be put on hold until it is safe to ship them again.

This shipping prohibition supersedes all other live gecko shipping guarantees currently offered.

Don't forget to check overnight temperatures on both ends of the shipment to ensure they are safe for your reptile! We only ship when overnight temperatures on both ends are between 32°F and 85°F.
