Subscription FAQ

You can change your order interval, number of products ordered, pause your subscription, and many other aspects of your plan by logging in to your account and using your customer portal.

You will receive an email with a link to your own subscription portal whether you are registered or making a guest checkout.

The link should be sent to the inbox of the email address that was entered during checkout. If you cannot find the link, register a Pangea account with your checkout email and you can easily access your subscription portal.

You will be automatically billed on the same day that you started your subscription plan. You can update your payment and shipping information any time from your account portal.

You can cancel your subscriptions at any time. If you have paused your subscription, it will need to be unpaused before the button to cancel it will be visible.

There is absolutely no requirement to stay on a subscription plan for a certain time period or order threshold before canceling.

However, ending a subscription means that you will need to rebuild your discount rewards if you start a new one.

The gecko diets are part of the convenience plan and do not offer increasing discounts.

No, it is not possible to add a promotional discount to your subscribed products. Separate one-time purchases can be discounted as normal.

Loyalty discounts are offered on a per-plan basis. We do not offer the option to transfer subscription discounts from one subscription to another.

We want to reward our loyal customers with discounts on the products that they already purchase regularly. Be sure to follow us if you don’t want to miss out on deals and discounts if you are looking to save without a subscription.

We do not offer prepaid options for subscriptions at this time.
