We ship to the address provided during checkout and are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

We ship when overnight temperatures are between 32 F and 90 F on both ends.

We can arrange for pickup at FedEx Ship Centers if temperatures are slightly outside of this range.

We will hold your order if the weather does not allow shipment for any period of time necessary.

We do not issue refunds for Insects or Isopods that cannot ship due to weather. Unshipped items may be exchanged for credit in the form of a gift card. See below for our guarantees
SHIPPING
- Orders placed for Isopods and Feeder To-Go Packs are shipped Monday-Wednesday via FedEx 2-Day Express.Â
- Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will ship the same day Monday-Wednesday
TRACKING:
- Feeder Insects and Isopods will ship separately from the rest of your order.
- Tracking information will be sent separately as well.
LIVE ARRVAL GUARANTEE:
- Someone must be at the delivery address for our live-arrival guarantee.
- You must let us know of any issues within 1 hour of delivery of your insects or isopods if there are any issues.
BULK FEEDER INSECTS:
Bulk Feeder Insects are fulfilled by a third party.
SHIPPING
- Orders placed for Bulk Feeders before 12:00 pm EST will ship the same day Monday-Thursday for Home Delivery and Monday-Wednesday for Hub Delivery.
FOR HOME DELIVERY:
- Orders shipping Monday-Wednesday will ship FedEx 2-day.
- Orders shipping Thursday will ship FedEx Ground.
FOR HUB DELIVERY:
- Orders will only ship Monday-Wednesday via FedEx 2-day.
TRACKING:
- Bulk Feeder Insects will ship separately from the rest of your order.
- Tracking information for your insects will be sent separately as well.
