Live Animal Shipping Reminder for Fall and Winter Weather

As temperatures start to drop, it’s a good time to keep weather in mind when scheduling your live animal shipment. 🍂🦎

To help ensure every gecko arrives safely, we only ship when thedaytime high and overnight low temperatures are between 32°F and 85°F at both the shipping and delivery locations. If conditions fall outside that safe range, we may need to hold your gecko until the weather improves.

Live animals shipMonday through Wednesday via FedEx Next Day and must be scheduled in advance. If temperatures are only slightly outside our normal range, pickup at an approved FedEx Ship Center may also be an option.
