Have you ever needed to fit a heat source in a smaller enclosure but it felt too clunky, oversized, or just not right? Same. That's why we're excited about the new Eco Mini Heater from Reptile Systems coming to Pangea Reptile this fall!
The Eco Mini Heater uses halogen technology to put out steady, radiant warmth, that supports basking and thermoregulation instead of just warming the air around it. Halogen also gives off a natural-spectrum light that mimics sunlight, which helps support your reptile's day-to-day rhythm and overall wellbeing.
And it does all this while measuring in at just 4 inches by 4 inches and 1.5 inches high. It's built to install inside or outside the enclosure, so you can find the placement that works best for your setup and your species.
The Eco Mini Heater comes in four options:
Daylight white is a solid daytime pick, giving off light that mimics natural sun. Red halogen works well as a daytime heat source too, especially if you're already running UVB or full spectrum LED lighting and don't want to add much extra visible light on top of that.
Not sure which wattage is right for your tank? It really comes down to enclosure size, room temperature, and your target basking temps, so it's worth checking your species' needs before you decide. Replacement bulbs are sold separately too, so when the bulb eventually needs swapping, you won't need a whole new unit.

The Eco Mini Heater is coming soon to Pangea Reptile. We'll share more details as we get closer to launch, so keep an eye out.
Compact, safe, and built with the animal's wellbeing in mind, the Eco Mini Heater proves that good heating doesn't have to take up a lot of space.
