  • Yellow / Cream female

Here's a gecko that I sold to a member on here a month or so ago. I'm still holding her until the weather allows shipping... should be soon I hope! It's probably not too flattering, but I call her "Freak". She just has so much yellow and cream, and her structure is unbelievable. She even grew faster than all of her "peers". The only negative is that she dropped her gorgeous snow white tail as a youngster. The only one of the year's crop that did that. She's a full sister to MissKiwi's "Starburst". The only reason I let her go is that I held back a couple of full siblings last year, and I have a new baby on the way, so it will be a very busy spring / summer. She's a hard one to let go.

Anyway, I was messing around with some pics as I was updating my website and thought I'd throw these up. The colors are pretty "warm" due to the lighting, especially in the 3rd photo. Her "cream" is really quite bright.

    Thanks for looking!

Sorry, I should have said that I sold it to someone who is a member on here. I didn't actually post her for sale here. She didn't even make it to my website before being sold. I just had someone buying another gecko and in a "moment of weakness" I let this one go too. But, it's all good... she's going to a good home.

LOL! Gary that's horrible! She's not a freak! LOL

She's my beautiful "Arietta Bird".... "Arietta" for short.
I'm still on my Thundercats theme kick, after seeing her pictures, the way her crests extend so much, she reminded me of a gorgeous peacock on the show named Arietta bird. So that's what I named her.

The stud muffin I'm also getting from you has been named already too. Considering they are so closely related I can't breed them together I thought it would be appropriate to name him after Arietta's arch enemy on the show.... "Amok."

BTW... is it ever going to get above 20 degrees where you live?!?! lol I'd like my geckos soon. lol

LOL... the mystery man steps out of the shadows. Yeah, "Freak" isn't a very good name. I hardly ever "officially" name anything. Once in a while some little nickname just sticks. She'll always be "Freak" to me I'm afraid.

Hey, I'm ready for spring any time! I've got about 20 geckos to send out! Although I will miss them when they're gone... this one more than most.
