not sure if you noticed it, but that site sells plant packs specifically for crested and gargoyle geckos. they're in the sale items right now:

      http://neherpetoculture.com/saleitems.htm

A high quality assortment of plants specifically selected for Crested & Gargoyle geckos. Other similar sized geckos will do fine with these plants as well. (R. Chahoua, G. Marginata, Uroplatus, etc...) These plants are selected for ability to withstand the weight of these larger geckos, and all the abuse that goes along with them! We suggest planting these in live vivariums with proper conditions, or potted in a traditional terrarium. We're offering our proven Rhacodactylus vivarium substrate for the first time online through this deal. The substrate contains many of our traditional vivarium substrate's ingredients minus the tree fern fiber, making this a safer substrate for a gecko to dig down & bury it's eggs in.

the smallest group (5 plants + moss) is $26.99 shipped.

Does anyone know if Calla lilies are gecko safe? Also has anyone ever heard of zebra sticks? They look a lot like bamboo but darker green. I can't find anything on them. I'm not sure if they are related to zebra plants

Are Oxalis Triangularis (Purple Shamrocks) safe for cresteds?
I've heard that some oxalis species can be slightly acidic but that the purple shamrocks are edible.

IDK about zebra sticks (never heard of them either), but Calla and shamrocks should be safe. Though Callas get huge, I think a gecko might trample a shamrock to death?

has anyone tried passifloras (passion flowers) in their tanks? I saw someone posting about it on dendroboards but I was wondering if it would be ok to try

they should be fine (most fruit bearing plants are) but most passion flowers wont bloom till they get to 8 plus feet and are climbers.

I believe it's Passiflora Lady Margaret purchased at Lowe's.

I'm going to attempt to grow it because I like the fact that it forms a nice mat of root lattices and attempt to keep it pruined if it does well enough. Flowers would be nice but aren't really necessarry.

Really my only concern is that it would be safe for my geckos should they ingest it

*Aglaonema (Chinese evergreens) do well in low lights, highly recommended
                    From Wikipedia anyway:
"The sap of this plant is poisonous to health. It causes skin irritation. If ingested, the sap causes irritation of the mouth, lips, throat and tongue." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aglaonema)

If that's true (maybe not of all the species of this genus?), I would probably avoid this plant. Sounded good because of the low light requirement too.

Can anyone tell me if Irish Moss is ok to be in with geckos? With the pass of St. Patrick's day, there tons of it for sale at my local hardware store and it's going very cheap.

I've used Irish moss in my vivs, its safe b ut very hard to keep alive in a tank. You need some hardcore lighting to get it to stay alive and if its in with cresties the light maybe too much for them.

I run a 50 watt regular bulb in the tank for heating reasons (Chahoua tank) I might give it a go, he's crushed all the poor spider plants down
