So i have a 55 gallon aquarium sitting here with a screen top and im interested in gargoyle geckos so is 55 gallons too much for a gargoyle? And is the gargoyle gecko care the same as crested gecko because i have a crested.

Yes, the same care. If you can make the tank vertical, it would probably be fine for an ADULT gargoyle. Too big for a hatchling or juvie.Eileen

I don't have a leachie, but have been reading up on them. I've read that they like things a little more "cozy" than the smaller geckos. Hopefully somebody with a leachie can give you more specifics.Eileen

55 gallon should be fine for an ADULT garg, nothing smaller then 30g. And yes, leachies like cozier homes. Just because they’re way bigger then cresties, they use about the same size enclosure as them..1.DOG Jiggles
