  • Gargoyle Incubation?

How many days does it take to incubate gargoyle eggs? At what temp?

can they be incubated with crested eggs? Thanks

According to the Rhac "bible" it says that at temps of upper 60s to about 80 , incubation time can range from 60 to 70 days with the majority of the resulting animals turning out female. If incubating at 82-84 degrees the incubation time can range from 45 to 60 days and turn out to largely be male

Actually I hate to say this, but the bible is wrong.. gargoyles are not TDSD, if they were ,males wouldnt be so hard to come by. Ive checked this several times over with my own eggs and in talking to many big name breeders, dont know if thats a misprint or what.
