  • Yellow bulge on freshly laid eggs

    So there are these wierd yellow bulges on my cresties eggs I'm new to breeding so please help!

    They are either poorly calcified, possibly infertile eggs or... not eggs. A pic would help.

        Looks like you had retained eggs that got pushed out by new eggs. I've never seen that before.

          Is there a chance that the embryos are still alive in the new eggs? Can I incubate these?

            Guess the first step would be to carefully candle the new eggs & see if fertile.
            Has the female been paired with a male or not?
            Often it's infertile eggs that you see issues with impaction.
