  • Crested tail kinks

I recently noticed a male 2 yr old gecko I purchased has a slight link in his tail. I have a feeling I should supply him with more calcuim. I don’t have crickets to provide currently but I plan on getting them ASAP, for now can I mix repti calcuim into his Pangea diet?

Don't mix it in; put some in a bowl and leave it out, and he'll use it as needed. If you mix it in, you risk not getting the right ratio; too much calcium is just as dangerous as too little. Dusting the crickets, or roaches, or whatever insects you are feeding is probably your safest bet, if he is eating them.
