All Cresties grow at their own rate, so it's pretty impossible to make an accurate guess. The span could literally be hatchling to 8+ months. I have a baby who's 7 months old and about that size, but others may be 2 months, 4 months, etc.
    Crested Geckos: I lost count :| 60-some last time I checked | Gargoyles: 1.1 | Leachianus: 1.1.1
    Chahoua: 1.0 | Sarasinorum: 0.1 | Leopard Geckos: 0.2 | Robert Mertens' Day Gecko: 1.1
    Russian Dwarf Hamster: 0.1 | BUNNEHS: 0.2

Like Pogaf said all crestie's have their own growth rate but diet, temperatures, environments has some things to do with it in my opinion. Unless you get the hatch date from the breeder it's really hard to know and you won't be able to put an exact age on him/her.
