Slevin has come a long way since her crushing injury; dislocated hip & fractured spine. She’s a strong headed & determined gal. Strongest foot grip of any chahouas I know.

Either her or her clutchmate dislodged a piece of corkbark in their enclosure while hunting crickets, and while trying to free herself it caused injury to her. She was on antibiotics & pain meds for a month, vet was impressed with how determined she was at such a young age.
