                It looks like an albino to me. It could be a snow albino if the light bands are truly white. It could also be an overexposed picture; it's hard to tell. It doesn't look anything like an enigma to me.

                  I looked up snow albino, and that seems to be right. The bands are completely white

                    The pic is pretty much exactly the way the colors look in person. Very bright pink and pure white. Any idea what it could look like as an adult?

                      It's likely that the white will yellow up. With any luck, it will be a really pale yellow. I got a snow albino last spring. Here is a picture of him just after I got him. He's gained 20 grams since then:

                          He produced 2 offspring this season, one raptor (which proves that he's het eclipse) and one that looks normal but whose black markings are fading to a pastel gray.
