Does this giant day gecko food seem spoiled?

I didnt get an email that said it arrived so i think it sat in the sun for a little while. Im a little hesitant because my giant day gecko seemed to not like it and it has this cheesy spoiled smell and its semi solid. the brand is Exo Terra ready made gecko food

If it smells funny and doesn't look fresh, I would not chance it.
