I wouldn't want to stick my finger in that tube!

They are very cool looking.. I have wanted a tokay for a really long time..
Do they smell at all? are they messy or high maintenance?

Less care than a Cresty I think only because you don't have to mix their food. Just dust their crickets. As for smell, no more than any other gecko as long as it doesn't poopie in the water bowl. Low humidity areas need to mist them and some like to poopie down the front glass of the tank (though I've found propping up a half log against the wall will draw them to the log for their business).

Just watch out for the potential of bad temper.

Beautiful little babies. I'm looking into getting one of these guys in a few years. How do you handle a tokay that is aggressive when you have to clean his/her enclosure or change a water dish or something?

Lol to the other responses to this!

Normally Tokays will bark and run from you, but the father of these two is down right nasty and actually comes after me. I've seen a lot a Tokays having worked at 3 pet stores and I've NEVER seen one as aggressive as him.
