Very normal. Sometimes it takes up to a month before they start eating in a new environment. Keep offering fresh food every other day.

Also going to add, don't start handling until they are eating and don't feed insects until they are eating their powdered food. Handling just adds more stress and sometimes geckos will stop or refuse to eat the powdered food and just want insects which isn't the best for them since the powdered food has a better nutrient balance then what we can give them with insects.
