Default feeding crickets for the first time

So I'm getting crickets tomorrow for the first time to feed to my crested gecko but before I get them im going to need some help from the amazing community here. First of all I'm going to be gutloading with fruits like apples carrots bananas and such and I'll be dusting with calcium powder that also contains D3, is that fine? Other than that how many crickets(small or big) do I have to feed per feeding? and How often do I need to change the fruit in the kritter keeper?

Yes, your feeding plan sounds fine. Crickets should be no larger than the width of the geckos head between the eyes. If it's a small gecko, 2-3 crickets per feeding, maybe twice a week. If a larger gecko, 3-4 crickets.

I don't feed crickets, I feed dubias, but I change out the fruit/veggies in the KK every 2-3 days, when it dries out.

I just got a Crestie a while ago and I donít know the age or gender and I am going to start feeding him crickets soon and I know you should feed the crickets outside of the terrarium but I donít know what to put on them we have vitamins and D3 so can you tell me what to put on the crickets if you have to.

    Thanks,

A 3-oz jar will last you a long time on crickets for one gecko.
