Default Help!! My Crested Gecko has a Cut on her tail

So I've had Gizmo for 7 months. I took her out of her tank today and found a cut that looks pretty bad. I'm really panicking and I don't know what to do. Please Help!

Take them to the vet if it looks bad.

There's nothing that you can really do about it except a vet visit.
