    A lot of the dart froggers are switching from jungle dawn's to beamswork LED's. You can get them on amazon or eBay pretty cheap. Just make sure you get the 6500k is what they say. They are definitely worth a look.
    The LED's shaped like regular light bulbs work alright too. I use them to root my cuttings and for overflow. Just pop the little frosted cover off.
