    Default Leopard gecko genders.

    Hello,
I rescued two leopard geckos from an abusive home after the Jereth incident... They were very malnourished, one was missing all of his nails, and they were very banged up and injured. Anyways, when I rescued them, the person I took them from said they were both males and I never questioned it (I know, I know. It was very stupid of me). However, I noticed something wasn't right with my littler one, Porthos. He wasn't gaining much weight and he was almost half the size of my other leo, Athos. I was very concerned and started researching until my mother came up with the idea that maybe Porthos was a girl! I took this into consideration and checked to see if he had the normal buldges and pores a male would have. He had a very small budget but from what I could see, no pores. I really need another opinion on this. Is he a male or female??

I think you'll need a much closer shot. Do you have any idea how old he or she is?

I'll try getting a better picture. And I definitely know he/she is older than one year.
