Default Calcium with D3 and CGD

Hi guys, I am a new gecko owner and have a question regarding what I am feeding my gecko. I've had her for a few days and have been feeding her repashy CGD. The pet store that I got her from told me to either dust some crickets with calcium plus d3 twice a week or include it in her CGD. I've read from numerous foums that Repashy CGD has enough calcium and d3 for me not to need to give it to her any other way. Is this true or should I also be suplementing it into her diet another way? Thank!

The Repashy should have proper amount of calcium and D3. It doesn't hurt to dust the crickets at every other feeding to provide a little more supplement but not too much (that's why best to dust every other time) because nocturnal animals don't need that much and too much isn't good either.

Thanks For the clarification Aliza! So if I werenít to feed her crickets Iím good with the CGD? Iíll probably bring the crickets out every once and a while as a treat.
