    Default Habitat kit

Hello. New to cresteds and forum. Can I get opinions on the Pangea crested complete kit? Would I need anything else to add to it?
    Thanks!

    Welcome to the forum!

If I'm looking at the right one, this is what is included. Added my comments after.
Included In The Complete Crested Gecko Kit
Exo Terra 12x12x18 glass terrarium How big is your gecko? This is a good starter and intermediate size tank.
Small Herp Haven kritter keeper (starter cage or feeding cage)
12"x12" Pangea Carpet I would use paper towels instead of this.
Analog dual thermometer humidity gauge I would replace this with a digital. Also available from Pangea for about $12. The analogs aren't very reliable.
Pangea Small Acrylic Suction Cup Gecko Ledge I think this only includes one cup. I prefer the 2-cup, one for food, one for water.
50 1/2 oz. disposable feeding cups
Grapevine Will probably eventually mold. I would swap out for a more water resistant wood.
1 Small Zoo Med Hanging Plant Good for start-up, but you'll eventually want more plants.
2 Medium Zoo Med Hanging Plant Ditto
2 oz bag Pangea Complete Gecko Diet
    Exo Terra misting bottle
    Sample size vitamins
    Sample size ReptiSafe water conditioner

Once you get your tank, you'll probably find lots of things that you'd like to add to it. With a free gecko added to this, it's probably a pretty good deal, even with the things you'd want to change.

Not bad. I got the exo terra kit small because although i needed more items it was more customisable.

Totally blanked on lights! Compact top or the day/night led? What bulb won't heat the tank? What's on your terrariums? Thanks!

I sent you a PM on this in response to yours. Quick response - the LEDs do not throw heat.

I use the canopy lights with UVB because I do need some heat in the winter, and my tanks are in a rather dark corner, so I feel they need the UVB.

    Your mileage may vary.
