Default THREW UP LIVE WORMS!? URGENT PLEASE HELP ME

I gave my 7g crestie his first (as i know of) live insect. It was three calci worms. He hadnt been eating as much so I decided to see if he liked live food coz im not allowed crickets. As i was about to put him back, he started widely opening his mouth about three times. All the calci worms came out in a bundle.. ALIVE!!!!! I know the food had to be the length between his eyes or smaller so i think it was about that size. WILL HE BE OK AND CAN I FEED HIM WORMS IN FUTURE? How long should i leave feeding worms? He has his pangea but still..

If your gecko regurgitated his worms, there's an issue. My guess would be that the worms were too large, which could have caused the regurgitation. I would either feed VERY small worms (I'm talking 1-3 cm) or stop feeding them altogether. Pangea is a complete diet, so you can stick to that without any insect supplementation.
