Default HELP, quickly please...hatchling is barely alive

After a failed hatch (baby died) the other day, we helped one out of the egg, after it had pipped, as nothing further happened. The baby is alive, but only just. It is not moving, however we can see a heartbeat. (under a light) What can we do to help the little one?
We have put him/her in a cricket box on some slightly damp kitchen paper and put said box on a small heat mat... Anything else? I'm so worried, don't want to loose another hatchling

I know this is probably too late but warmth and moisture is about all you can do at the start. Oh and darkness. Also, if your reptile vet is open, I'd call them.
