    Best bet would be phoenix worms in your situation. Sow bugs are good on occasion, but not as a staple insect. Phoenix worms (also called calci worms are black fly larvae) are much more nutritional

    I see, the Phoenix worms do look rather good.With the CGD how would a typical week look like while using Phoenix worms?

    I can't really answer that one for you. I've never had a chahoua (soon, though...very soon). Lol

    You just replace the cgd every second night and give the insects like twice a week. When you first get your chahoua dont feed the insects for two weeks or so, just CGD. You really want them to get used to eating it. I wouldnt smear it on their face. Put some on a small dash spoon and just hold it near its face. Mine started licking it after a few nights of doing that.
