Are you trying to upload directly to this forum? The way I've done it is to select "insert image" (the icon that looks like a tree, third from the right) and use the "Basic Uploader" because the "select files" doesn't work for me, maybe it's my browser.

You need to click "Upload Files" once you've selected. Sometimes it takes two clicks.

Otherwise you can host the image on another host like imugr, photobucket, or Google+ and then link the image using the "from URL" option.

I would then unselect the "retrieve and reference locally" checkbox since there's no need to keep it here if you've already hosted it.

    Hope this helps!

Weird, my screen looks completely different than yours. I ended up downloading an app and accessing the forum that way.

Oh if you are using a mobile phone app instead of a desktop browser I guess it's going to depend on the app. I like Tapatalk.
