    Default Chewie arrived!

My little one arrived today! Very pretty and healthy. I'm very pleased. It did gape at me which I found pretty funny, as chewies have pretty good personalities from what I've heard. I don't blame it after being shipped though! I'd be the same way! It's in a large kritter keep on paper towel with a fake suction cup plant and a cork bark round. I am going to offer CGD for a few days and once it's established on that then I will add insects a few times a week.

What's your chewies favorite flavor gecko diet?
Which insects do you have the best luck feeding?
    Any helpful info?

Very nice who did you get it from if I can ask. I offer the banana papaya an banana apricot mix. Haven't had luck with the watermelon. I started mine off in a 121224 but the critter keeper will work. I've used crickets an roches an have had no problems.

I got it from a private breeder on the chahoua classifieds on Facebook. If anyone is interested I can message them the name. I've offered banana papaya and it are quite a bit. I also offered one roach and it took it. I hope to get one of the small exo Terra's soon like the 12x12x12 and house it in that.

Lol my Juniper acts more like a leachie than a chewie, she's aggressive (more food than cage aggressive) when she's in her cage but once she's out she's an angel. Hopefully yours won't be as bites as mine, though the bitey-ness just adds character. Congrats on your new little one! I've learned they grow pretty quickly compared to cresties.

I think she'll grow out of it though, she only does it because she LOOOOOOVVVVVVVES her bugs. Youngsters are almost always way more bug crazy than adults.

Yeah the crestie I sent up to Candice that you were looking at was like that. Very very bug obsessed!!! She'd to the same thing if you ran your fingers by the tank. Was cute lol.
