    Default Package came in today!

Yep yep, I am now a very, very proud owner of a Bubbles x Tabitha baby from the wonderful Mina of The Minagerie. My first ever chahoua!

Named the little 6-gramer Moqui Marble, but Mina called this little one Xova if you are curious My only camera is my iphone, so these aren't the best, but I am so very happy. What a beautiful little critter, and I finally have a chahoua! Excited to see him/her color up, whenever that may come. With parents like that, you know the color will come =D

    Long'n'Lanky

Doesn't have huge white shoulders, but they look kinda like little white wings

Just before s/he crawled onto the corkbark background again, clung a little to this

    =D SO HAPPY.

It's actually like pipe insulation. If that was a swimmers noodle then that gecko would be pretty big haha! A few people use pipe insulation around Pangea, this is where I got the idea for it - my cresties LOVE it and we'll see how she feels about it. I even have some sitting at the bottom of my snakes enclosure and she goes in it often.

Congrats! Such a cute little thing, looks like a lot of eating is needed to grow into all those wrinkles.

The wrinkles. They are even cuter in person than they are in pictures. I mean, I always ooohed and awwhed at chewie wrinkles in peoples pictures, but in real life? I was basically speechless. And whats more? My mother, who came over to say hi, thinks its cute. She doesn't really like the reptile things and hated the pictures of chahouas, thought that they were ugly. And she came in and asked to hold it and seemed rather enamored by it all. Made me smile!

Me too! I get to see my own little chahoua go through all of those color changes, I am SO excited! Right now it basically looks like it's in its browns with just the slightist tinges of greens, but then again I didn't bug her/him for too long. Trying to resist going in there and handling the baby again. Resisting. So. Hard.

You might think she will fill in those wrinkles, but she will eat tons and still be baggy and wrinkly LOL!
