Blue Angels

Was out driving around and noticed the Blue Angels were flying at the Air Show. I had my crappy Fuji with me and grabbed a few quick shots.

Was cracking up cuz out of nowhere this one jet came over our heads and scared the living bejesus out of everyone in the parking lot i was stopped in... lmao











this one turned out fairly good considering how bad this camera is lol..

im not a real plane nut but something about that roar when they go over your head... just lovely.

That last pic is so bizarre! My eyes read it as fake planes and smoke made of those pipe cleaners, glued over a hazy blue paper background, because of the shadows on the top to the left of the smoke and the long shadows in front of the planes. Really cool looking.

I love the blue angels! My Father-in-Law is retired air force, so when we get the chance we'll go to the Travis AFB Air Show with him. Blue Angels are my favorite part. Going with a retired pilot is the best way to go, since he knows all the moves they make and what it takes to get the plane to pull those off. So much fun!
