multiple sires is it possible with cresteds?
If a female is put in with two or more different males individually mated and rotated around through the males, is it possible to produce eggs from the different males, and whose sperm would be retained, all or some or none? I am curious, I don't have any males at the moment that match my girls yet, but I may have a few males that will be RTB next year. and if I bought an already gravid female and bred her to my male in the middle of the season when will the new males babies be produced.
In dogs you can use multiple sires, and dna test the puppies, its common in people who are doing a last mating or the dog is older so want to see what different sires produce without having to have 2 separate litters. Or if the the bitch is older and breeding her isn't safe or healthy for her any longer.
