Default Any potential in this one?

So for those of you who've got an eye for these things, do you believe this little one has any potential as it matures? Will it develop nice colors, mostly the yellow and red coming out, or will it turn/stay mostly brown and green? Or is it up in the air, no way to know? What is its morph? Bi-color?

It's kind of hard to capture on camera, but it has a ton of yellow under the green, and its dorsal teases a reddish rusty brown.

Thank you, and don't worry I won't be offended either way!

Looks like a brindle to me My juvie Taz is an orange brindle with reverse pinning. His colors have deepened as he's grown..he's not quite a year old yet.
I love Brindles..it seems like good ones are few and far between. I think your little one is beautiful.

It's hard to say. It's very cute, but nothing about it honestly catches my eye. Not every gecko has to be a knockout though, some of my favorites have been very 'plain' compared to others.

Oh yeah it's nothing fancy or designer for sure. I'm more curious if it'll develop any color as it ages. Been browsing through different photos, albums, threads, and some of the "changes" these geckos can go through from juvenile to adult is pretty significant. And I know a lot of people here have an eye for that kind of thing.

This little one just really seems to want to be yellow, from its tail and fringes and portholes, to how it fires up. But just as easily I suspect it'll stay olive and brown, maybe develop into a golden brown. That's alright, too. A mustard colored gecko lol.

    Thanks for lookin

My male looks just like this, only his dorsal is the same as his sides. He has the same undertones as well. I personally love greens and olives. I got him as an adult though, so I guess I have no way of helping with what he'll become.

I would guess that "olive" color and brownish will stay the same. Maybe the lines on the sides will darken?

My gecko looked just like that as a young 'n. Just yellower. Now she is loaded with some nice Harley spot type pattern. So I guess you never know.

Some can go through pretty radical color/pattern changes, but it seems most stay pretty similar. I personally dont see anything as of yet that would make him into a good breeder.. of course this could change in 6 months, who knows! If that does happen, find the thread about crazy changes over the life span of your gecker and upload to it lol. Unless you were going for a red/brown brindle coloration its likely not going to be a breeder of choice.

Well I believe it shed yesterday, so I took a new picture today. Much of the yellow is gone replaced with what looks like a kind of pink. I've never seen it fire up like this before, so IDK whats going on.
