Default "Juncus" plant safe for Cresteds?

I was at the local plant nursery the other day and found these cool looking plants called "juncus spiralis". I thought they would look great in one of my vivs but I wasn't sure if they were safe. They weren't on the safe plants list here and was just wondering if anyone has had experience with these.

I've herd of them being popular in ponds, but I've never personally dealt with the plant. I have seen it in bog gardens before, so I believe it has some very high water needs.

Safe, but not so good at supporting the weight of a gecko. And they require a high amount of water, as was said above
