    Lightbulb I'm a noobie.

Hi, I'm new to this Reptile world. I'm highly interested in Crested geckos. I would like to know where would be the best place to get a crested gecko in the state of Washington. I know there's a convention coming up in June. I just would like to get some good info from everyone. Thanks.

You can find great deals/trades on Craigs list (is that what you use in the states?), atleast from what I hear. Also, pick up the latest Reptiles magazine and they post upcoming shows/some ads usually in the back; they have a nice article about cresties in the October 2011 edition

There is a breeders map located in the Trade section of the forum, you can use that to get an idea if there are any breeders close to you or you can use the Trade section to find a Crestie you like & see if the seller offers shipping. Welcome to Pangea!

Ooohhh...I didn't know about the breeders map. I just went and looked for breeders close to me. No such luck, none in upstate New York.

Well if you need some good info the Pangea site (the farthest right tab at the top) has wonderful info for the beginner. They also have a compleet kit if you need supplies too and you can order a crested gecko with it. ^^ I just ordered a kit with a gecko and i couldn't be happier!

But if its mainly info you need, Pangea has a ton. They have a Care & Info page, as well as a Morph Guide and other valuable info. There are also a lot of breeders with good info on their pages!

and if your worried about where your breeders are, many will ship their geckos to you. Its kind of expensive but its worth it!

    Welcome to the "club"!
