That's... From what I know, we're still not sure what he is. Either he's the first pied Crestie, or he simply didn't develop pigment throughout his body while in the egg.
He belongs to the owner of Pangea, though. :3 Truly one of a kind.

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the guys from Pangea yesterday, in person. He showed me the same pic and called it a Piebald crested. I was amazed and stunned at the same time. It is an amazing looking crestie and can't wait to see what comes from it!!!
