I bought Stiletto from Mina last summer/ fall out of Captain and Nala.

I havent posted updates only because Im embarrased to say she still looks EXACTLY the same .

She was 6 grams when I got her, and is STILL 6 grams at about 7 months old?? Not really sure why, because ALL of my others are growing just fine, and she is taken care of the same exact way in the same exact room as everyone else, however, she has decided that bugs are NOT her thing (probably the main reason for lack of growth), and even though I still offer roaches or crickets once or twice a week, she turns up her nose

But she is active and seems healthy and Im sure eventually she'll grow up

I wanted to post some pix for Mina because I know she LOVES updates on all her babies, and I know I havent posted ANY (only because she hasnt changed at all! lol)

I would agree with Laura on this. Some geckos just don't grow well in colder climates, even if they are in a controlled environment. I am shipping out a couple geckos TO Florida this week, and I fully expect them to double in size in a few weeks, haha.

Seriously though, that is one kick ass girl.

I'm in the Phoenix area, and even I have 2 girls that stopped growing through the winter. We get some pretty decent cold snaps, and they just don't eat as much and aren't as active. The stinkers.

cute kid there. i wonder if there is such a thing called summer vacations for our cresties in the cold dark desolate lands far from warmth. maybe we can ship them to a crestie sanctuary during the winter so they can keep growing and then when winter is over they come back to us.
