Default i think my gecko is dying

my one month old gecko has been shedding for 5 days and is making no progress. 2 pet shops recommended reptile shedding aid. we just did it and half way through soaking he stopped moving. we took him out right away. its been 15 minutes and hes still not moving,he rolled over on his back(we turned him back over) and his mouth is hanging open. i would appreciate any advice on what may have happened and if there is anything we can do to help him.

    thanks to everyone

Can you take a picture? Is there shed stuck in his nostrils?

possible water in the lungs.... not too much you can do if this is the case. What was the temperature of the water? The little guys can be pretty sensitive to cold or hot water soaks with such a small body mass. I would put him in a small container with paper towels in a warm area of the house in the dark... and hope for the best.

And as the others have said, more info would be very helpful in terms of helping with your setup.

How much water did you put him in? And how hot/cold was the water? You should only use lukewarm water for soaks. What feels warm to us can burn them.
