    Angry Agh!

Went through my collection feeding last night. Found my little Poecilitheria metallica sling curled up dead . Losing slings is not terribly uncommon, some just don't make it, but I have a good track record with them! Out of all the slings that are currently in my possession of course it was the rarest and most expensive that my good luck ran out on. Frustration defined.

What is a Poecilitheria metallica sling exactly? Sorry for your loss, it's not fun losing any animal.

Awww, sorry to hear about your loss. I had a Eupalaestrus campestratus sling die on me. It never gets easier.

Sorry for your loss. It always hurts to lose a pet, esp when it's a big investment, too.

A sling is slang for spiderling. So a baby spider. They reproduce a lot with expectation of many dieing so loss is pretty common. A P. metallica is a particularly expensive tarantula that is gorgeous. Check out gooty ornamental sapphire tarantula on google.
