    Default Awesome Petco Clearance

Two of these were being clearanced at my local Petco for 12.00!!
    http://www.amazon.com/Petco-Premium-.../dp/B004EJRZOW

I know they are only good as grow out tanks but I really like their look compared to Kritter Keepers, and I like the height. They'd also be nice for smaller gecko species I think, and you could definitely put it on it's side for baby leos or fat tails as long as you only used paper towel for substrate(it'd all fall out otherwise).

So yeah I bought both of them lol. I don't know if they were being clearanced because they are getting rid of them or not but hey a deal's a deal.

We have the square ones. The are still on sale for $7.00 down the street at the Petco.

The look good set up....... Once our little ones hit the 10+ grams they get upgraded to the 10 gallons.

    Default I love these

I was in petco a week ago and the rectangular ones were 14.99 so I bought two I figured, why not!? Then, the next day my fiance went to his local petco to pick up a couple more for me and they were 7.50! He bought both of them and also bought two of the halfmoon ones for 12.50. Then, yesterday we searched online and called the petcos in our area and one of them had two rectangular ones left so we picked those up too. I like the little rectangular ones the most! We have them set up for our babies that are 2-7 grams right now.

Simple fix is attaching a Velcro strip to the top/front........ For $7.00 beats housing animals in shoe boxes~

Very true. But i also had a fair share of reasons not to use it, It dried out way to fast because of the ventilation on 3 sides. I couldn't use a heat lamp. And crickets would escape to frequently.

Neat to see this post. I actally have some of these tanks also. I bought them for $14.99 a piece on clearance. Im using them for grow out tanks for 2 of my tiny babies. A really cool tip to add more climbing areas: get the 4" grape vine bird perches from petsmart. The ones that screw on. They work perfectly with the holes on the sides. I have them in my tanks and LOVE them. If I could post pics I would. Great find btw.

FYI, just for S and G I looked these tanks up on Petco.com and they are selling them for $23.99 a piece, but free shipping over $49. For anyone who wants one that badly.
