OK everyone what would you guys rather have in the Pangea Store. Reward points which is like getting 5% of your total back to use on future purchases or would you rather see free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more?

Free shipping would be great! It's by far the single most determining factor that prevents me from buying things online. The points that customers have already earned should to be available to be utilized for at least a period of time, if the switch were to be made.

I would rather see points as I rarely buy more than half a pound of food at a time so would see no benefit in free shipping over $50...for those of use who just order food like myself the points system is a better option

Yes absolutely, we would give a substantial amount of time for people to use points before we did away with it. I'm just kind of putting it out there, we don't have any plans to change anything right away.

Since we order all our enclosures, bulk food/supplies from here....free shipping is always a welcome plus

I agree with free shipping, at has been one of the top deterrents from ordering online.
Many times i go to buy something, and shipping just bites me in the ass. Definately free shipping

I went and looked at my order history. I order approx every 4.5 weeks and 90% of my orders are under 50 bucks.

Personally, I benefit more from the 9.99 flat rate shipping and points than I would free shipping.

If free shipping with a $50 order included enclosures etc . . . I would adapt my shopping habits to benefit from the occasional large item purchase's free shipping. I would shop say every 8 weeks with a bigger order to benefit from the shipping savings.

I still vote for Points, but if enclosures et al were included in the deal, I'd be all for dumping the points system.

That would require some custom coding that is way beyond my skill set, but I could definitely look into having it done.

if you did the free shipping thing would there be a way of doing a customer loyalty program where after say a customer buys a certain amount of food you get one free .... say like after you buy a ten food you get one for free
