If things don't work out with the current BF, please marry me.

On a side note, I usually try not to wear clothing that is liable to be climbed into while working with T's. Usually gym shorts. One OBT up a pant's leg (something I never, ever want to repeat again... it got a little to close if you catch my drift) and a Venezuelan Sun Tiger (Psalmopeus irminia) down a shirt collar convinced me clothing is not protective when it comes to T's.

Hey Emily, I find it pretty cool we both got our first T's at about the same time and the same species as well! Mind if I post an updated picture of my L. Parahybana here?

So I lived in Brazil in 2008 and saw all kinds of animals in their natural habitat. One night I'm at the bbq, beer in hand, when like ten people yell "corre! corre!" (run). I look over my shoulder in my drunken stupr and they're pointing to my right. I look, and there's this huge fuzzy thing with more legs than a mammal has running at me. I turn and take a step and fall down. Totally sprained my ankle. Great.

It was one of these guys. We caught it and kept it the whole rest of the time I was there. They're pretty neat. =)

This is a picture the day I got her:

She was in a smaller cup then, only about 2 inches wide. Now she is in one much larger, about the size of a medium apple.
Here she is now next to the same pen:

She's much more bold now, and is starting to hunt her food instead of just scavenge. :3

She's about to get bigger. I usually associate that line on abdomen leading from her head to the urticating hair patch as sign of upcoming molt. Monster in progress!

I think T's are more addictive than Geckos!
