    Default El Chupacabra

So...I'm kind of a sucker for dogs and cats. Every once in a while, I'll take on a project.

This is El Chupacabra. He came to me called "Tiki", and that's just not going to cut it. He's a 16 week old chihuahua that owners couldn't keep due to moving into my mother's low-income housing complex. She called me Thursday night to tell me how she took him in to find him a home..blah blah...and then says their cat scratched his eye. She didn't have any money to get him seen by a vet, so I picked him up Thursday night, and here he is.

Yesterday, I was ready to let the little devil outside and let him find his way in the world. He was on the couch, off the couch, down the hall, chasing my cats, barking at everything, biting fingers. I thought it would be fun to have a pup again, but yesterday I couldn't help thinking, what did I get myself into?

Today he's a bit better. Thankfully, my girls are mellow and I think he's picking up their calm energy. I got him fixed up at the clinic I work at, and now I'll be on a mission to find him a home.

I call him Chupie...or dipsh!t...or hey you! haha (don't stare at his underbite very long, it makes him nervous. Not his fault he was poorly bred, lol)

    This is mid-mayhem

He's pretty adorable when he's not being a nauty CHIHUAHUA!

He is FREE to an approved home! I can deliver to Tinley.

I forgot to mention potty training is actually going well, considering he has a UTI. Only 2 accidents the first night.

    You know you want him...

    Yup...pure mischief right there!
    Totally adorable though.
I think 5 species of geckos is enough! Lets not talk about the snakes!

Good thing you don't live anywhere near GA. I'd be on my way there right now!!!!! Not even kidding!

He sure is cute, but definitely has that "naughty boy" look in his eye...
Good luck with him - as adorable as he is I am sure you will find him a wonderful home!

P.S. I love chihuahuas; unfortunately there's no more room at my inn!
