I mist my cage in the morning and the humidty goes up to around 80, then hwne i get home from school (3-4) its dropped to 30, should i spray it again, or just wait to spray it before i go to bed at night, so it causes a humdity cycle?

There's several different things you could try.
Personally, I'd probably see if there are any things you could do to help the enclosure retain humidity better, like add a water bowl, humid hide, live plants, and/or perhaps mist a little more heavily at night.
Some do mist 3x a day.
yeahh im thinking of changing cages already becuase the one i have noe is prefect in size, but is full screen in the front and the top..so i dont think that helps at all, also im thinking about putting moss down to help retain humity, any more suggestions on what to do?
Changing enclosure to one that's more enclosed and adding a humid hide with damp moss would probably solve the problem in that case.
You mention that the top is screen. Maybe drape a damp washcloth over it during the day?![]()

the damp wash cloth sounds like a good idea.. the humity is at 30% right now , should i go mist it to get it back up to the appropriate temp
