Is this Normal?

I mist my cage in the morning and the humidty goes up to around 80, then hwne i get home from school (3-4) its dropped to 30, should i spray it again, or just wait to spray it before i go to bed at night, so it causes a humdity cycle?

There's several different things you could try.

Personally, I'd probably see if there are any things you could do to help the enclosure retain humidity better, like add a water bowl, humid hide, live plants, and/or perhaps mist a little more heavily at night.

Some do mist 3x a day.

yeahh im thinking of changing cages already becuase the one i have noe is prefect in size, but is full screen in the front and the top..so i dont think that helps at all , also im thinking about putting moss down to help retain humity, any more suggestions on what to do?

Changing enclosure to one that's more enclosed and adding a humid hide with damp moss would probably solve the problem in that case.

You mention that the top is screen. Maybe drape a damp washcloth over it during the day?

the damp wash cloth sounds like a good idea.. the humity is at 30% right now , should i go mist it to get it back up to the appropriate temp
