stuck shed

my little one has abit of stuck shed around his one toe , its by where the toe curls up alittle , it doesnt look tight around it , but ive tried to get it off with cotton wool buds but that doesnt work either . any tips or ideas?

Did you try an extended bath? Grab a sealable container (ziplock sealable tuperware works well) line it with a paper towel, add some water that is barely warm to the touch (add just enough water to barely line the bottom of the container or cover the paper towel). Add the little one in for 15-20 minutes (for a normal bath) and up to 30-45 minutes for an extended. Make sure the lid is closed tight and be sure to monitor the little one at all times~ Hope this works. When my guys get shed stuck this seems to work pretty well. If it doesnt work at first I will add more water and repeat once or twice.
