So very sorry. You did a wonderful thing, and hopefully taught the vet a thing or two.

    RIP little guy.

I'm glad he found a good home for his last little bit of time here.

Shoot. I was really pulling for the little guy, you worked so very hard to get him into a better situation and give him the care he so badly needed. I'm so sorry he didn't make it, but as others have said, at least he is no longer in pain and suffering, he is climbing the big gecko tree in the sky. He went loved and cared for, Rizaroo, which is all any beloved pet could ask for. RIP, Popeye.

I'm so sorry for your loss!!

He'll be waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge, you know.

YOU are the one who tied to make a difference in his life, and YOU are the one who saw past his issues and loved him in spite of them!!

He knows how hard you tried to help him, but some things just can't be cured on "this side" of life!!

I'm sure he was sad to leave you, now that he finally knew what love is like!!

I hope you have a few good moments of memories of your time with him to sustain you in this difficult time!!

    RIP, Popeye!!
    You will be missed!!
    Love and Light-

I'm so sorry that he didn't make it. You did a good job, you did your best, more than a lot of people would've done. He's out of pain now.

I'm so sorry. I think little animals are just fragile. Hugs to you.

RIP Popeye. I'm sorry he didn't make it It really did seem like all the hard work you put in was going to pay off. At least his last days were comfortable and he was loved. I agree with everyone else that you did all you could and more than most would have.

On no, I am sad to hear this. We all know you did all you could for this little sweetie and it is totally nothing to do with your care.
