    Default day gecko housing

can a day gecko be housed together with a Chinese water dragon????? They would both be about the same size, also it'll be a 60 gal tank with plenty of hiding places.

I would have to second the ummm, please, no. Quarantine should always be practiced with any new animals and mixing species from different countries/habitats can be devastating to one or both of them. Especially if one is carrying a fungus or parasite that could infect the other one. Glad you asked first!!

i know everyone already answered your question, but what day gecko are you considering that is the same size as a cwd? the cwd i had was much bigger than any day gecko i've ever seen, even the giant day geckos. also, i've heard of people feeding small anoles to their cwd ( ) so i can imagine most day geckos would be a tasty snack. the cwd i had was always interested in eating anything that moved.
