UVB is ideal but not really necessary. I use them in the tanks that have lights but many of my tanks do not have fixtures. Your temps are good.

If you are planning to take him outside for photos, remember he is cold blooded and can't keep himself warm. Temps should be in the 60s if you plan to take him out side.

Hey great News i think. i got him out to take pics and he was shedding! that means hes growing right! I did get some pics but not outside just some more inside but i think you can see his sides better! so i tried to lightly help with the shed cause he was peeling it off himself and he went and tried to bite me. now he did lick me a few times as soon as he bit, well hes to small to bite so i say try. but he finally peeled it off his foot still has to shed his tail. Thanks for all the info here is the new pics

I'd still say he's a flame. Theres just not enough pattern IMO to be a harley.

Cool little home! I bet he'd love a toilet paper tube or a piece of an egg carton, though, for hiding in.

To everyone who takes their geckos outside, aren't you scared of them escaping, or of something getting them, like a hawk or something? How do you do it safely? Do you take the whole cage outdoors, or keep them in some sort of container? I've seen pictures of geckos on tree branches or something, but I'd be too worried to try that.

lol I don't have to worry about soggy TP rolls. In our house we could change the TP roll almost as often as we change the CGD...
